“The Mission of the Stilesville Police Department is to protect life and property within the town of Stilesville from all threats, foreign and domestic, to investigate and deter crime, and to promote roadway safety by upholding the laws of the State of Indiana.”

Town Marshal
As a long time resident of Hendricks County and a graduate of Cascade High School, it is my honor to serve the Town of Stilesville as your Marshal.

2013 — Cobb County Police Department, Marietta, GA
Began law enforcement career with CCPD. Served on the Mobile Field Force Unit and participated in hundreds of investigations involving gangs, drugs, and weapons.

2018 — Hendricks County Sheriff’s Department, IN
Returned to Indiana as an Enforcement Deputy serving southern Hendricks County. Helped establish HCSD’s Unmanned Aerial Systems program and served as the agency’s first UAS pilot.

Deputy Marshal
Deputy Musson brings extensive law enforcement experience and a strong educational background to the Stilesville Police Department. A graduate of Purdue University with a B.A. in Law and Society, he demonstrated exceptional performance at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, graduating third in his class of 133.

Project Manager at Electric Plus, managing commercial electrical projects worth over $2M while maintaining safety standards and team coordination skills essential for law enforcement leadership.

Merit Deputy at Morgan County Sheriff's Office. Responded to 911 calls including domestic violence, assault, theft, and burglary. Displayed sound judgment under pressure in life-threatening situations.

Merit Deputy at Owen County Sheriff's Office. Apprehended suspected criminal offenders, secured crime scenes, and conducted preliminary investigations while maintaining active communication with dispatch.

Graduated from Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, finishing third in his class. Excelled in physical training and received 2019 Indiana Sheriff's Association Scholastic Award.

The Stilesville Police Department primarily serves the Town of Stilesville within its town limits. However, Indiana law authorizes law enforcement officers to enforce state laws anywhere in Indiana. SPD does not routinely patrol outside Stilesville but may respond to or assist with incidents in the surrounding area.
